3-Ingredient Cacao Bliss Balls

Rich, fudgy and naturally sweet, these bliss balls need just three ingredients and a food processor. There is no baking and no refined sugar, just a satisfying chocolate hit whenever you need it.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups (240 g) medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup (150 g) raw almonds
- 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- To roll (optional): desiccated coconut or finely chopped pistachio kernels
Method
- Process the almonds in a food processor until they form a fine crumb.
- Add the dates and cacao and process until the mixture clumps together. If it seems dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water.
- Roll level tablespoons of the mixture into balls.
- Roll the balls in coconut or chopped pistachios to coat.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
