Ingredients

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup coconut

1 cup sultanas

1 egg beaten

125g butter

1 cup icing *to decorate
Method

Combine flour, sugar, coconut and sultanas, and mix well.

Add egg and melted butter. Mix and press into a slice pan.

Bake at 180C for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Turn onto a wire rack and ice with lemon icing.
