A very popular cafe-style slice, which looks impressive, but is super easy.
Ingredients

395g condensed milk

60g butter chopped

250g Malt-o-Milk biscuits crushed

1/2 cup malted milk powder
-
1 cup dried apricots chopped
-
1 1/2 cups sultanas
-
1 cup desiccated coconut
-
2 tbs desiccated coconut extra *to decorate
Method

Grease and line a 3cm deep x 16.5cm x 26cm slab pan.

Place 2/3 cup of condensed milk and butter in a saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring frequently, until butter melts.

Combine crushed biscuits and milk powder in a large bowl.

Add condensed milk mixture, stir until well combined. Press into pan.

Combine remaining condensed milk, apricots, sultanas and coconut in a bowl.

Spread over biscuit base and then sprinkle with extra coconut. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
