What Can Be Returned

At JoyNuts, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However, if you need to return a product purchased from our wholesale, factory, retail, or online stores, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Best Before Date: The product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you.
  • Incorrect Product: The wrong product has been supplied to you.
  • Faulty Product: The product is deemed faulty by us.

Retail Shop or Wholesale Factory Purchases:

  • The product must be returned with a receipt within seven days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund.

Online Store Purchases:

  • You must contact us within 5 days from receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us. To initiate the return, call us at (03) 9020 9209. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product to receive your refund.

Note: Please provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty item to help us conduct a thorough investigation. Failure to contact us before mailing the return may result in no refund being issued.

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not exchange or provide refunds for products if:

  • You have ordered or chosen incorrectly.
  • You have changed your mind or dislike the taste.
  • The product has been incorrectly stored (storage instructions are on the label).
