Our rich Dutch cocoa powder has gone through a process of alkalisation (to decrease the acidity of the cocoa powder) which creates a beautiful darker colour, less bitter flavour and dissolves into liquid more easily. The magical powder is a superb dark reddish-brown colour, and it is slightly more alkalised than our Dark version. It has a higher cocoa fat rate, around 20 to 22%, which gives a richer, smoother and more chocolatey flavour.
